Our workshop repair facility, based at the Technical Centre in Stoke-on-Trent is used to repair equipment returned from customer sites by field based engineers. It also offers a return to base repair service to clients for faulty equipment that is either non-urgent, not under a maintenance contract or is simply not cost effective enough to warrant an engineer on-site.
