Our centrally located Technical Centre on the southern end of Stoke-on-Trent and a team of strategically placed engineers nationwide ensures there is no part of the UK that we cannot offer our services to.

With engineers in contact with the Technical Centre using voice and data communications, our in-house and mobile workforce are in a position to react to any situation in any part of the UK to ensure that each task they are faced with is responded to and resolved in the most efficient and timely manner possible.

CALL MANAGEMENT

Whether you require telephone, remote or on-site support you can be rest assured that your request will be processed in a professional, friendly and timely manner.

Calls can be logged by telephone, fax or email and, whichever method you choose, you request will be personally logged and responded to by one of our Technical Centre support team.

Our call management system keeps track of every stage of the call to allow our support team to know what work has been carried out on each call and what further work needs to take place to resolve it. Our field engineers also have access to this information to enable them to arrive at client sites with full details of the problem whey will be working on.

In situations where a call maybe of a nature that is highly critical, extremely complex technically or sensitive, call escalation procedures exist to provide clients and our own support team with details on how to advance calls to a higher level if required.
