The on-going success of our maintenance service is based on excellent engineering skills with readily accessible spares. We have recruited the most technically competent engineers with many years experience of Bull and IBM equipment.
We offer server maintenance on mainly, but not limited to, the following Bull and IBM Servers.

IBM - RS/6000, pSeries, xSeries, Netfinity
When you log a call for a server, the problem will pass immediately to one of our specially trained Bull or IBM engineers for quick diagnosis. We will endeavour to resolve the problem either over the telephone or by remote access to the system. If we can’t resolve it without an engineer visit then we will determine what spare parts may be needed and make every effort to ensure the engineer arrives with those parts to hand.
With parts located in strategic locations around the country you can be sure that we will get the appropriate parts to you in the shortest possible time.
We offer a complete range of software support for both AIX and Unixware operating systems which can range from simple administration tasks such as restarting stalled print queues through to complete system rebuilds in the event of a catastrophic corruption of the entire operating system.
We install our own scripts that simplify tasks such as taking system backups and adding users.
We can tailor a range of SLA’s to suit your requirements and budget, ranging from basic weekday cover right through to 24x7x365, the choice is yours.

In addition to our maintenance services we also provide a comprehensive upgrade service for items such as hard disks, processors, memory and tape storage. Hardware can either be sourced new or refurbished depending on your requirements and bugdet and we back this with a full installation and configuration service
